Our mission is to develop a better world by financially supporting deserving individuals and organizations who are in or who impact our local community.

 

We wanted a diverse Board of individuals who had insight into a broader range of worthy communities – such as progressive, activist, farming, land trust, religious, music, and dance communities. By setting up a legal entity with a solid financial base and having Board Members spanning a wide range of ages, we hope we have achieved this goal for the foreseeable future. As of 2021 The Teazey Foundation is a registered MD non-stock tax-exempt corporation.
